Terms, Refunds & Privacy
Flagstone is a product of osOS. By using Flagstone to assess a report, you agree to the terms below. Please read them — especially the refund and “not advice” sections.
What Flagstone does
Flagstone reads an uploaded NI 43-101 mining technical report, benchmarks its disclosed figures against comparable projects, and returns a letter grade assessing how well the report’s disclosed work supports the confidence its study stage implies. It assesses the defensibility of the report — not the quality of the underlying project, and not whether the report’s conclusions are correct.
Not investment or professional advice
A Flagstone grade is an automated, informational assessment. It is not investment advice, financial advice, or a professional or legal opinion, and it is not a substitute for your own due diligence or the judgement of a qualified person. osOS is not a licensed financial adviser. You are responsible for any decisions you make. The assessment is provided “as is,” without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Pricing & payment
Each report assessment costs US$199, charged per upload through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. You are charged only after your file passes a processability check; if it can’t be assessed, you are not charged.
Refunds
Because a report is delivered to you immediately and is a digital good, sales are generally final. However:
- If the assessment fails to produce a report after payment, you are automatically refunded in full — you never pay for a run that doesn’t deliver.
- If you believe you were charged in error, or something else went wrong, email us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
Your files & privacy
- Your uploaded PDF is used only to produce your assessment.
- The uploaded file and all intermediate working files are deleted from our servers after processing.
- Your finished report is stored so you can re-open it from your report link; it is not published or listed publicly.
- To produce the assessment, report text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. We do not sell your data.
- Payment and receipt details are handled by Stripe under its own privacy terms.
Your report & access
After payment you receive a private link to your report. Keep this link — it’s how you re-open your report. Report links are unguessable but are not password-protected, so anyone you share the link with can view that report.
Acceptable use
Upload only reports you have the right to submit. Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. We may decline or remove access for misuse.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the “last updated” date above will change accordingly. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
